Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales call professionally to promote our Company’s brand, products, treatments and services to the prospective customer through conversations and dialogues.
- Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers’ queries/complaints when necessary to maintain a long-term relationship and to ensure repeated business from existing customers.
- Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards.
- Any other relevant job duties assigned.
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- No experience is required as training will be provided.
