We are looking to hire an outgoing, seasoned and pro-active HR team member with a “can-do” attitude, to manage all aspects of HR processes including recruitment, work pass administration, onboarding to offboarding, payroll,employee data administration, employee leave and other issues, relaying of the organization’s messages and any other HR-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable juggling multiple entities with retail outlets.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills to align interests among all levels of stakeholders
- Flexible, resourceful, possess conflict resolution skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A Diploma/Degree in HR
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail sector
- Adept with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good working knowledge of all the latest employment and labour laws
