Customer Service Officer (Tele)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer services calls professionally for referrals and cross promotions.
  • Provide after-sales support and attend to customers’ queries / complaints
  • Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate supervisor or any Managers of the Company
  • To achieve KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “N”/”O” Level or its equivalent
  • Proven experience as Telemarketer / Appointment Fixing or similar roles
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills over the phone
